Went to Mirelle for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! Dr. Ianculovici addressed my concerns and talked me through where to have Botox placement. I also went in to get more lip filler, and instead had some dissolved! You can tell she's incredibly knowledgable and wants you to look your best without overdoing it. 10/10 would recommend!

I changed insurance companies and my Botox protocol for migraine went through a period of non-coverage. Dr. I was the only person I could find that could effectively replicate the treatment. She is so smart and well-informed, while also being patient, and empowering. Her knowledge and genuine empathy were so evident that I went back for a functional medicine appointment. I have several chronic illnesses and am very picky about providers. Dr. I was so incredibly helpful - validating my concerns, while encouraging alternative options without any judgement. She sat with me for an incredible amount of time in order to ensure all aspects of health were covered and took extra effort to record notes and document the visit in a way that allowed critical lab tests to be run. On top of all of this, her team from the front desk to the back room emulate this culture of patient first, compassionate care. I will continue to go to Mirelle Institute for my medical needs. My Botox is now covered by insurance but I will continue to see Dr. I for all Botox that is on my face. I feel very grateful to have found this practice and highly recommend Dr. I and her team.
